This is a copy of the Partnership agreement in the MakerLab Constitution meant to be used to craft the particular partnership agreement desired.

Feel Free to Make a Copy of this document, make desired edits and send it to a MakerLab Officer either as paper or digitally. There are multiple different versions of the Agreement that should help in crafting the agreement you need for your group. Feel free to suggest variations to fit your needs.
